Our balms do not contain any superfluous substances, such as ingredients that always allow for a uniform texture. They are "whipped butters" with a texture close to whipped cream.
However, they are made from beef fat which is a saturated fat (like coconut fat) and a change in temperature can change the texture.
This is perfectly normal and does not affect their virtues in any way.
Therefore, be sure to store the balms at a temperature above 19° so that they do not solidify and make their use less comfortable.
If they are harder, simply place them in a warmer room to soften them (but definitely not above a radiator which would melt them), and warm the cream well in your hands for optimal application.
Store in a dry and temperate place, preferably at a temperature above 19°. Do not put water inside the jar. Do not store in the refrigerator.
